Back home

Well


We are got back safe and well with a few hiccups along the way.

Many are still a bit tired and getting over colds,but overall it was a great time and experience.


This is a brief overview of our journey and soon greater details will be posted


We left Melbourne on Saturday 24th September and arrived in Shanghai at midnight their time.


Sunday 25th went to the Old Town Market and then the Bund.


Monday 26th went to Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts.


Tuesday 26th  went to a Target Australia Factory and then Buying Office.


Wednesday 27th off to Suzhou and the Silk Factory and Thursday 28th the Nett gardens and then off to the train station for the night trip to Beijing.

Thursday 28th through to Tuesday 4th October visited Tienamen Square,Forbidden City,the Summer Palace,the Wall and other places.

Not long now

Well not long to go and still packing to do.

See you at the airport on Saturday

Our hotel in Shanghai is only 1 Km from a amazing shopping centre.

Our flight gets in around 7:20 PM (their time ) and will take approx 3/4 hour to get top the hotel.

Be there on Saturday at 8:30 AM in the China Eastern Airline section of the International departure area and we will be doing a group book in.
